I was surprised when I signed up for Sharon’s 6 week Beginners Meditation course. I suffer from stress and anxiety and straight away I found it easier than I thought. I do find it easier to sleep and feel relaxed. I’m going to continue. Thanks Sharon.
Mindfulness Meditation has really helped me learn and understand how to manage my stress. Sharon gave a lot of her time to me and her voice is so soothing.
My Doctor suggested Meditation for health reasons. I find it difficult to sit and meditate and I like the structure of Sharon coming to my home. This makes it easier for me. I think my teenagers would benefit from this. I do feel calm afterwards. I like that.
I have been doing power yoga with Sharon for the past few months and I am amazed how much my core strength and flexibility has improved, and I look forward to each session, would definitely recommend it to everyone regardless of age or ability. Thanks Sharon!
Thanks for a great class tonight Sharon I loved it. You made me bend, stretch, sweat, ache, smile, groan, laugh and relax all in 90 minutes. Very few people have managed that before!
Sharon is a fantastic yoga teacher, I have been attending one of her classes for a few months and I can really feel the difference it has made. Would highly recommend everyone give it a try!
